LeadObsession provides custom lead generation services, including solar leads, health insurance leads, water filtration leads, and call center support services. By ordering our leads, you agree to the following:

• Exclusivity: All leads provided to you are exclusive and will not be sold to any other client.
• Invalid Leads: If you receive a lead with disconnected contact details or incorrect business criteria, we will replace the lead in accordance with our replace policy, provided you request the replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• Usage Restrictions: Leads provided by LeadObsession are for your internal sales efforts only. You may not resell, rent, or distribute our leads to third parties.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, LeadObsession and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on LeadObsession. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from LeadObsession for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from LeadObsession.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from LeadObsession.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from LeadObsession.
• Redistribute content from LeadObsession.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

If you set up an account or purchase campaign plans with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your campaign settings or account.

In no event shall LeadObsession, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our leads, whether such liability is under contract. You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent LeadObsession from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
